After playing in the water for a couple hours, we headed north to Sand Point, Idaho. Can we say lakes, lakes, and more lakes! The scenery in Washington and Idaho states is breathtaking, this area boasting of acres of pine trees, rivers, mountains, and pure beauty!
Our next stop was Priest River, Idaho...
...Then west to Newport, Washington and finally back to Spokane. We spent the night with family, attended church Sunday morning and ate lunch at Little Euro Cafe. The food was delicious! I would recommend everything on the menu but their crepes were especially superb! We headed out Sunday afternoon and spent the afternoon in downtown Spokane, location of Expo 74, The Spokane World's Fair!
So much to see and do in this city!
Spokane Falls Skyride - closed due to the heat. Bummer! My wonderful husband wanted to surprise me with a Sky Ride so of course I took a rain check.
What a full, fun, fabulous weekend we had! Thanks for coming along on our adventure!

Love your pictures! Beautiful and beautifully taken! Sounds like fun! Miss you bunches!
